I specialize in identifying and clearing roadblocks to progress. With a wide range of strategic and operational skills honed over 25+ years leading in commercial consulting and non-profit enterprises, I help business and non-profit leaders level-up their execution to increase the magnitude of their impact.

2. STAFF MENTORSHIP

1:1 guidance provided to one or more staff members who have high potential, but need additional personalized mentorship to achieve specific goals. Typically engaged on a monthly retainer basis.
